Food From Everywhere
Being from the great state of Texas, I grew up on BBQ, Tex Mex, and my mama's potato salad.
My mother cooked a lot of good southern food and that will always be my first love. But, as I grew older I came to greatly appreciate foods from all genres.
Nothing is so thrilling as sitting in nice restaurants, absorbing the atmosphere, as I let my taste buds explode in sheer pleasure as I eat divine food.
Its not only in good restaurants I enjoy food but also love experimenting in the kitchen, although I am no expert, I enjoy learning new culinary skills that range from making homemade bread to Beef Wellington.
As long as it tastes good I am more than willing to try it out.
